Ideal Day Brewery First Steps

First Steps is a Belgian Pale Ale, crafted to highlight the intricate flavours developed through expressive yeast fermentation.  This 5% ABV beer offers a crisp and complex balance of fruity esters, subtle minerality, and grassy lemon notes from the hops.  It finishes dry and snappy, making it both refreshing and flavourful.  The brewery draws inspiration from Belgian farmhouse traditions, classic British beers, and modern innovation, focusing on sourcing ingredients from regenerative agriculture. Notably, First Steps was named to commemorate the moment when the brewers' youngest son, Otis, took his first steps during the beer's creation.
