How should I store my beer?

Different beers are best served at different temperatures but  with regards storing them we would recommend somewhere dry and out of the sun

What is Alcohol Free or Low Alcohol beer?

We often get asked this - no alcohol or alcohol free - not more than 0.05% ABV, low alcohol - not more than 1.2% ABV

Do you stock Vegan beer?

We mark products as 'Vegan Friendly' if either the brewer defines them as 'Vegan Friendly' or if the product is defined as 'Vegan Friendly' on the Barnivore Vegan Alcohol Directory website  We do our best to make sure that we give you accurate information.  The 'Vegan Friendly' list was last checked for accuracy using the methods noted above on 22-07-2018.

I need to amend/cancel my order, how do I let you know?

No problem, email and we will sort everything else out


Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards and PayPal

What does your packaging look like?

Your beers will arrive in a very smart specialy designed beer case with protective cardboard bottle/can inserts. The packaging is made from recycled carboard and is fully degradable 

What do I do if I can't find my delivered order?

Please contact us. Your order will only be left if a signature has been provided. We should then be able to find out from the courier where your order is

Which courier do you use?

We only use either UPS or Royal Mail

How do I track my order?

Once your order leaves us, you will receive and email and text message which will keep you informed of your beer order - you will be able to alter and change special instructions via the couriers own App

Where do you deliver to?

We will deliver to any UK mainland address provided the courier can get there. It is with regret that we are currently not shipping to Northern Ireland and Ireland, due to added costs and delays caused by current Brexit arrangements.

We can deliver to the Isle of Man.  Don't place an order on this site please email your order enquiry to and we be happy to quote for a delivery charge based on your order.

What are your standard delivery charges?

All orders over £75 are sent Free Of Charge, orders that are £30 or over will be charged £6.95,  orders under £30 will be charged £7.95 for delivery with the exceptions of the postcodes listed below. These cost will be calculated at the checkout point in the shopping cart 

Orders over £100 will cost £9.00, orders under £100 will cost £13.99:
