Dry, appetising and complex, Lindemans Cuvee Rene is exceedingly dry and traditional gueuze made from bleanding young and aged Lambic beers. Botled with the wild-spontaneous yeast flora, the beer is refermented in the cellar in the "méthode champenoise".
