If you do not wish to keep your purchase, you are required to inform us of your decision within 14 days after receiving the products from us.
In this situation, please contact us on 01287 659036 or email us at info@beersniffers.co.uk quoting your order number which can be found on the email receipt or the packing note.
We will then arrange to return the products to us via a courier.
We will reimburse you the amount paid for any unopened products along with postage costs. This will be in the form of a refund and may take up to 7 days from the goods arriving back into our warehouse.
