The brewery started as Dublin's first Brew Pub in 1996 by Oliver Hughes and Liam LaHart. In 2000, they moved into a new sixty-barrel brewery in Blanchardstown, Co. Dublin. This brewery gave them their first ever opportunity to sell beer into other bars.
We brew for taste and in the brewing we look carefully at how we do it.
We don’t add any “extras” – no additives, no enhancing chemicals. Just simple, pure ingredients.
